Management is the application, organisation and coordination of the activities of an enterprise in accordance with certain policies, procedures and practices. Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. This involves the use of communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements. This course aims to develop knowledge of management skills by explaining and drawing on modern practices and methods to achieve business objectives.

The course is provided through Face to Face or Blended mode of delivery. It will be delivered (720 hours) and assessed (80 hours) over a total of 800 hours which will include theory, self-paced structured e-learning as per the session plan and simulation training and its assessments.
Full Time: 2 days / week classes with simulation training.
Part Time: 1 day / week classes with simulation training.
Full fee Students: Online Theory with on-campus simulation training.
Students currently working in the industry: Online Theory with on-campus simulation training
